We are seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate/Corporate Paralegal to play a key role in supporting sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. This is a newly created position designed for someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and working on complex, high-profile matters from start to finish. You'll work closely with attorneys on pre- and post-closing matters, entity formation, and regulatory filings, with flexibility in hours and opportunities for long-term growth.
Compensation range: $120,000-$140,000 annually, depending on experience.
